Public grievances being redressed through robust mechanism: Advisor Sharma

Advisor to Lt. Governor, KK Sharma today said that the government has ensured that grievances projected by people of different parts of the UT of Jammu and Kashmir are redressed through a robust mechanism with an effective feedback from the ground level.

The Advisor was interacting with several deputations, who called on him here to project the issues and problems being faced by them.

A deputation of Association of Kashmir Tour Operators raised several issues related to the tourism sector and sought his intervention to redress the same.

A deputation of RMSA subject specific teachers raised the issue of rehiring their services. A deputation from Poonch raised several issues related to R&B sector and languishing projects of different sectors.

A deputation of seasonal teachers from Rajouri raised the issue of hike in their wages.

A delegation of 10+2 Contractual Lecturers sought continuation and regularization of their services.

Deputation from Billawar raised several issues of R&B sector and demanded additional connectivity to the Bhini Bridge.

The Advisor assured the deputations that the issues projected by them would be looked into and redressed properly.
