At a farewell reception held today, Raj Bhavan bade farewell to Major Vipin Kumar Chamoli, who has served as ADC to Hon’ble Governor and Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor since September 2017.
The function was attended by all officers in the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat.
An infantry officer, Major Kumar, on completion of his tenure as ADC, is proceeding to join his new post.
The Lt. Governor expressed appreciation of the sincere devotion with which Major Kumar has performed his duties and wished him high success in his future career.
