As part of JK Administrations outreach programme, Financial Commissioner Finance, Arun Kumar Mehta and Secretary, Disaster Management, Relief Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, Simrandeep Singh today held interaction with general public in their office chambers at Civil Secretariat here.
Individuals from various districts of the J&K met the Financial Commissioner and raised issues of public importance before him.
A deputation of qualifiers of JK Bank recruitment exam for PO and Banking Associate posts demanded that previously held examinations for the said posts may not be annulled.
Similarly several individuals and delegations met Secretary, Disaster Management and raised several issues pertaining to their areas before him.
A delegation of Kashmiri Pandits demanded accommodation for the Kashmiri Pandit govt. employees working in Kashmir at Sheikhpora in Budgam district besides other facilities.
Similarly some individuals also met the Administrative Secretary seeking intervention of the government for resolving their issues and concerns regarding relief and rehabilitation measures.
The Administrative Secretaries assured the people and the delegations that all of their genuine issues and concerns will be taken on priority and redressed in a time bound manner.
