Block Development Chairperson (BDC) from Poonch, 12 Sarpanchs and 20 Panchs from remote and LoC areas of Poonch together with dozens of their supporters joined Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
J&K BJP President Ravinder Raina along with Former Dy. CM Kavinder Gupta, party General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul, former MLC Vibodh Gupta, former MLC Pardeep Sharma, BJP J&K Secretary Sunil Gupta and District President Poonch Er. Mohd. Rafiq Chishti welcomed prominent political personalities into the party fold.

Ravinder Raina, welcomed new entrants and hailed their decision to join BJP. He said that people living in remote areas have appreciated intention and policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Union Government. He said that BJP has marked its presence in remotest areas with the strong dedication of party activists.
Raina, said that Modi govt. has worked like a mission to reach people and to address their issues. The whole world is today appreciating the boldness, pragmatism and commitment of Modi govt., he said.
“Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikaas, Sabka Vishwaas” has been the hallmark of this govt. and we as the representatives of BJP have to work together like a family to make sure that our Nation advances on the path of Unity, Peace and Progress, Raina said.
BJP is generating massive membership from Muslim dominated areas and this is an attestation that BJP is party of everyone which believes in working with single agenda to serve the people and Nation and the party has made sure that the target is achieved without any discrimination or any type of malpractice, Raina added.
New entrants led by Farida Bi, thanked BJP leadership for the warmth they have been accorded. They said that only BJP is concerned to work for the welfare of people. Rest all parties only exploited people, but now people have high hopes pinned upon BJP led by PM Modi, new entrants stressed.
