A team from the State TB Cell Jammu today met political Leadership to solicit their support to strengthen TB Mukt Bharat 100 day Campaign 2.0.
The team from the Directorate of Health Services Jammu paid a courtesy visit to Rajya Sabha MP Sat Sharma CA, Leader of Opposition Sunil Sharma and other senior leaders.
During the meeting, a detailed discussion was held with the leadership regarding the “TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan” and the 100-Day TB Elimination Public Awareness Campaign. The leadership assured full support and active participation for the successful implementation of the campaign.
The Leaders emphasized that the Prime Minister’s vision of TB-Free India can be achieved only through public awareness, collective efforts and active participation of society. MP Sat Pal Sharma expressed his willingness to become a Nikshay Mitra and extend nutritional support to TB patients during the upcoming event.
