DODA, APRIL 02: A mega Programme was today organized at the ICDS Project Headquarters – Jathi (Assar)- Doda to distribute Vidyarambh certificates among Anganwadi children on completion of Pre-school education.
The event marked an important milestone under the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) component of Mission Poshan, aimed at ensuring a smooth transition of children from Anganwadi Centres to formal primary schooling. The certificates symbolized the commencement of learning and recognized the successful completion of the preschool curriculum.
Dozens of young learners were felicitated, highlighting the district’s commitment towards strengthening early childhood education. Officials also emphasized the importance of integrating nutrition with foundational learning to ensure the holistic development of children.
Parents and guardians were sensitized to the significance of foundational literacy and informed about ongoing digital tracking initiatives to monitor the progress of children.
