
DODA, MARCH 25: Community Radio Station 88.8 FM “Suno Dil Se” has started broadcasting at Doda, after it was inaugurated the other day by District Development Commissioner (DDC) Krishan Lal in the presence of officers from 10 Rashtriya Rifles (RR), Radio Station staff and civil society representatives.
The DDC conducted a detailed inspection of the radio station facilities and reviewed its operational setup. He also interacted with the station team, appreciating their efforts in establishing a platform dedicated to community service and local outreach.
The DDC highlighted the significance of community radio in promoting education, cultural preservation, community engagement and entertainment. He emphasized that the station will serve as an effective medium for spreading awareness about government schemes, sharing local stories and providing a voice to the people of the region.
He expressed confidence that 88.8 FM “Suno Dil Se” will play a vital role in bridging communication gaps and empowering the local population.
Officers from 10 RR also extended their support towards such initiatives aimed at community engagement and development.
