GANDOH, MARCH 21: The festival of Eid-ul-Fitr was celebrated with great enthusiasm and religious fervor across Sub Division Gandoh, where special prayers were offered peacefully amid a spirit of unity and harmony.
A large gathering of devotees assembled at the Eidgah Gandoh in the morning to offer Eid prayers. The occasion witnessed active participation of people from all walks of life, reflecting communal harmony and brotherhood.
Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Gandoh, Arun Kumar Bhutyal, along with officers from the civil and police administration, attended the Eidgah and reviewed the arrangements put in place for the smooth conduct of the prayers.
The administration had made adequate arrangements for security, traffic management, and others.
The SDM Gandoh extended warm greetings to the people and congratulated them on Eid-ul-Fitr. He expressed hope that the festival would further strengthen the bonds of peace, unity and brotherhood in the region.
