BHADERWAH, MARCH 18: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bhaderwah, Sunil Kumar Bhutyal today chaired a review meeting to finalize preparations for Navratras, with a focus on ensuring seamless arrangements across the sub-division.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on key aspects including security, sanitation and availability of essential services.
The ADC emphasized the need for heightened market surveillance to maintain quality standards and curb any malpractice during the festive period. He directed all concerned departments to ensure uninterrupted power and water supply to facilitate hassle-free celebrations.
Highlighting the importance of cleanliness, the ADC instructed the concerned to carry out special sanitation drives in and around temples and other religious places. He further stressed the implementation of enhanced security measures and called for a well-coordinated traffic management plan to effectively handle increased footfall and ensure smooth movement during the festivities.
The proceedings were conducted in both offline and online modes to ensure broader participation and effective inter-departmental coordination.
