ADDC Shopian reviews grievance redressal on JK Samadhan Portal

SHOPIAN, FEBRUARY 27: A review meeting regarding the status of grievances registered on the JK-Samadhan Portal was today chaired by the Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Shopian, Dr. Nasir Ahmad Lone at Shopian.

During the meeting, a detailed department-wise review of grievances resolution was undertaken. As per the figures presented, a total of 1156 grievances were received, out of which 1072 grievances have been resolved, achieving an overall disposal rate of 95.67%.

Reviewing department-wise performance, the ADDC instructed all departments having pendency to ensure immediate disposal of grievances. He emphasized strict adherence to timelines and directed all concerned officers to adopt a proactive approach for early redressal of public grievances.

The ADDC stressed that pendency must be minimized and quality disposal ensured so as to strengthen public confidence in the grievance redressal system.

The meeting was attended by Assistant Commissioner Revenue Shopian, Shakoor Ahmad Dar; Sub-Divisional Magistrate Zainapora, Bilal Ahmad; Chief Medical Officer, Chief Agriculture Officer; Tehsildars; Block Development Officers; Executive Engineers; and other district officers.
