Jammu: Country’s Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar reached Pathankot airbase on Thursday. Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh, Air Force and Police officials welcomed him. From here the Vice President left for Kathua. He inaugurated the Biotech Startup Expo in Kathua.
As per the fixed schedule, the Vice President was to reach Jammu on Thursday morning. But due to bad weather, the Vice President’s flight to Jammu was cancelled. He had two programs proposed in Jammu today. Earlier, he was not to attend the convocation ceremony of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SCOST), Jammu. After this, we had to reach Kathua to inaugurate the Biotech Startup Expo.
The Vice President could not reach Jammu due to bad weather in the morning. However, after this he reached Pathankot airbase from Delhi and then left for Kathua from here. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar inaugurated the Biotech Startup Expo at Industrial Biotech Park, Kathua.
