Kashmir: Security forces conducted a search operation in Pulwama district of South Kashmir on Tuesday. Three suspicious persons have been arrested along with two pistols and other war material recovered during the search operation.
In a post on Twitter, the Indian Army’s Chinar Corps said that a joint cordon and search operation was launched on December 25 at Panju and Gamiraj in Pulwama following specific intelligence inputs by the Indian Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police.
Chinar Corps said in the post that three suspicious persons have been arrested with the recovery of two pistols and ammunition. It said that joint investigation with Jammu and Kashmir Police is going on.
