According to the information received from the police, at 9.40 pm on Friday night, BSF personnel posted on the International Border (IB) in Akhnoor sector saw something shining from Pakistan side in the sky at 9.40 pm on Friday night, moving towards the Indian border. The soldiers became alert. They had come to know that this is a drone and Pakistani soldiers or terrorists are trying to send weapons or drugs with its help.

As soon as the drone infiltrated the Indian border, alert BSF jawans started firing on it. As soon as the firing started, the drone turned back towards Pakistan. The soldiers immediately informed the officers about this. After this incident, BSF and police have launched a search operation in the area.

Let us tell you that the police had busted three modules of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) last week, of which seven members were arrested. Police officials said that a huge quantity of arms and ammunition was sent from Pakistan with the help of drones about 20 times. To a large extent, they have recovered these weapons. He also informed that Lashkar had prepared three terror modules in Jammu and Rajouri districts, which used to collect the weapons to be sent with the help of drones in Jammu, Samba, Kathua and Rajouri to transport terrorists to Kashmir. .
