PAK PLOY OR WHAT?
There are many incidents in the past when the children, youth and aged people from Pakistan side have crossed the LOC and at times posed to be mentally challenged or claimed to have crossed the border unknowingly and in most of the cases, they have been repatriated by the Indian authorities for being the most humanitarian dispensation in the world. No doubt that crossing of the LoC and international border at different places by the innocent Pakistani citizens could have happened inadvertently but the need of the time is to investigate each and every case thoroughly because the rogue nation Pakistan is highly unreliable and can stoop low to any level to dent the interests of India and its people. Accepting the version of Pakistan or its citizens can prove out to be the biggest mistake which the country can commit because relying on a Pakistani national especially one who has crossed over to this side is not at all a prudent step because agencies dealing with such cases should be very skeptical as any laxity in such matters can be detrimental for the country. Like in many other cases in the past, the army has nabbed a Pakistani woman from the Chakan-Da-Bagh area of Poonch after she reportedly crossed the Line of Control (LoC). The woman identified as Rozina (49), daughter of Mohd Ayoub and resident of Feroz Banda, Islamabad has been handed over to the Jammu and Kashmir police for further investigation. Before coming to conclusions the authorities should ensure that this is not the part of new modus operandi to do recce in the area as many similar incidents have been reported in the past as well wherein the nabbed Pakistani nationals have claimed to be novice and told the Indian authorities that they have crossed the border inadvertently. This route is often used by Pakistan to carry out infiltration therefore the apprehended woman’s connection with the Pakistani army cannot be ruled out and therefore it becomes necessary that all the angles should be taken into consideration before coming to any conclusions. It is good that a joint team of security forces, consisting of Army and Police is conducting questioning of the apprehended individual as the same is imperative to go to the depth of the case and reveal facts.
