The MeT department on Tuesday predicted fresh spell of rain from September 2 across the parts of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
J&K IMD Director, Sonam Lotus here said that another spell of light to moderate rain was expected at scattered to fairly widespread places of J&K during September 2-3.
“Isolated places especially in Jammu region may receive moderate to heavy shower especially in morning hours during above period,” he said.
The Director said that there is no forecast of any significant weather except occasional rain.
“We expect slight fall in day temp. In J&K whereas there will be no large change in Ladakh region,” the weatherman predicted.
