Police and army on Friday claimed to have busted a militant hideout in Poonch district of Jammu division.
Official sources told GNS that Army’s 39 RR and 156 TA along with Police launched a joint cordon-and-search-operation in Shashitar forest area based on specific intelligence inputs.
“In the operation a militant hideout was busted and two AK- 47 and four Magzines were recovered,” they added.
