Former State President BJP Sat Sharma (CA) extensively toured Wards 40 and 41 of Jammu West to mainly know about the Sanitation system and other problems being faced by the inhabitants of the wards. He was also accompanied by District President Munish Khajuria, Corporators Neelam Nargotra and Sanjay Baru, Mandal President Keshav Chopra, local residents and political activists of the area.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that in today’s times when the whole world is facing a pandemic situation, we all must try to maintain our personal hygiene as much as we can and must motivate others as well to do the same. He said traces have been found by experts that the virus also exists in water of Nullahs and garbage so now it is high time to move towards keeping our aura clean. He stated wherever possible people must avoid large gatherings and Norms pertaining to social Distancing laid by Government of India in this regard. He also stated that he has been seeing some people from past few days who are not wearing masks while going in public places which is harmful for them and others too and appealed to people to use masks regularly as it is for our safety, he added.
Munish Khajuria said that in today’s time Sanitation is one of the major concerns directly related to the pandemic and our Former MLA is visiting every ward of Jammu West to personally see that the system of cleanliness prevails everywhere in the Constituency.
Neelam and Sanjay Baru said that cleanliness is the priority in both wards and they stated that with the untiring efforts of our Former MLA, residents of both wards are satisfied as far as cleanliness is concerned in the wards.
