“China’s provocation and reassertion of our side of territory depicts a muscular approach contrary to the ethics of international law. BJP government has categorically proven that any previous instigation by foreign skirmishes had resulted in an appropriate counter reaction whether it is Uri or Balakot strikes. China needs to realise that a new series of economic warfare will also be inflicted upon them this time around and there is no doubt that we would ever undermine our sovereignty and territorial claims”, the party leader asserted.
Bharat Bhushan Sharma condemned the Chinese actions across LAC and demanded a blanket ban on imports from China including LED’s, toys, gift items, fabrics and garments and various small value items that are popular with consumers.
Floral tributes were also paid to images of three martyred soldiers Colonel B. Santosh Babu, Havildar Palani and Sepoy Ojha, which were placed beneath the Vivekananda’s statue along with the Tricolour and candle lights to honour the supreme sacrifice.
