DODA, APRIL 11: The Red Ribbon Club of Government Degree College (GDC) Kastigarh organized an awareness event under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (NMBA) to sensitize students about the harmful effects of drug abuse and to promote a healthy, drug-free lifestyle.
The College Principal Prof. Koshal Kumar Mangotraand Nodal Officer NMBA Dr. Anupam Lata addressed the students and staff. They emphasized the importance of leading a life free from drugs and urged everyone to spread the message, “Say No to Drugs and Yes to Life.” They further stressed the involvement of educational institutions, families and the wider community to take the fight against drug abuse to its logical end.
As part of the programme, students and staff took a solemn pledge to stay away from drugs and actively contribute towards building a drug-free society. The event was attended by Dr. Arjun Singh, Prof. Sal, Dr. Sumeer, Dr. Mohammad Ashraf and other faculty members.
