BANDIPORA, MARCH 30: As part of the ongoing celebrations marking 150 years of Vande Mataram, a series of painting competitions were organised across various educational institutions in Bandipora district, witnessing enthusiastic participation from students and reflecting a strong sense of patriotism and creativity among the youth.
Painting competitions were conducted at MS Dangan, PS Kharmohalla Bagtore, MS Gobaz, GMS Wanpora, and BMS Wanpora, where students showcased their artistic talent by depicting themes of national pride, unity, and cultural heritage. Similar activities were also organised under the banner of Vande Mataram at HS Wanpora and HSS Izmarg, drawing active participation and appreciation.
The events provided a platform for young minds to creatively engage with the theme while promoting awareness about the importance of unity and national identity.
These activities collectively added vibrancy to the celebrations across the district, with students playing a leading role in promoting the message of patriotism, unity, and cultural pride through artistic expression.
