
RAJOURI, MARCH 26: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma chaired a meeting to review the status of grievances collection and correction of errors identified during Digitised Jamabandi Reading Camps including quasi-judicial and non-quasi-judicial instances, besides taking stock of digitization of backlog mutations across the district.
The Deputy Commissioner directed the revenue officers to identify all categories of backlog mutations and set village-wise targets for their disposal. He emphasized strict adherence to prescribed guidelines while processing such cases and instructed that the entire exercise be completed within a stipulated time-frame.
The DC stressed the importance of time-bound completion of all pending tasks and called for expediting the correction of errors in Jamabandi records collected during the camps. He further directed officers to ensure prompt and effective redressal of grievances to provide timely relief to the public.
Reviewing the status of registrations on the JK Samadhan portal, the Deputy Commissioner instructed officers to enhance registration of grievances and ensure their speedy disposal through the platform.
ADC Kotranka Dilmir Choudhary, ADC Chander Prakash; ACR Mohammad Jahangir Khan; SDM Thanamandi Abid Hussain along with Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars, Girdawars and Patwaris attended the meeting.
