DDC Chairman flags off Bharat Darshan Tour for girl students in Bhaderwah

BHADERWAH, FEBRUARY 12: The 33 Battalion CRPF Bhaderwah today organised the opening ceremony and flag-off function of the Bharat Darshan Tour for 32 girl students from Bhaderwah subdivision at the Headquarters (HQR) of 33 Battalion CRPF, Sarna.

The tour was formally flagged off by the Chairman, District Development Council (DDC) Doda, Dhananter Singh Kotwal, in the presence of Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bhaderwah Sunil Kumar Bhutyal, DDC Member Yudhveer Thakur, Commandant 33 BN CRPF Arun Kumar Singh (PMG), BMO Bhaderwah Dr Varsha Sharma, prominent citizens besides officers and staff.

The educational tour will take the students from Bhaderwah to Mussoorie via Dehradun and back, aiming to provide them exposure to new places, cultures and learning opportunities.

Speaking on the occasion, DDC Chairman appreciated the initiative of the CRPF, stating that such tours play a vital role in the overall development of students by boosting their confidence, awareness and educational outlook. Other dignitaries also lauded the efforts of CRPF in promoting educational and cultural exposure among young girls.

The students and their parents expressed heartfelt gratitude to the CRPF and the district administration for providing this valuable opportunity.

The programme concluded with a formal flag-off ceremony amid great enthusiasm and best wishes for a safe, enjoyable and enriching journey.
