PULWAMA, JANUARY 30: Sampoornata Abhiyan 2.0 was formally launched today in the Aspirational Block Achgoose of District Pulwama and will be implemented with the objective of achieving time-bound saturation of key development indicators and strengthening last-mile service delivery.
The initiative focuses on accelerating progress in critical sectors including Health & Nutrition, Education and Agriculture, while consolidating the gains achieved under Sampoornata Abhiyan 1.0 through regular monitoring and governance integration.
Speaking on the occasion, the Officers stated that the Abhiyan will play a crucial role in achieving time-bound saturation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) under the Aspirational Blocks Programme through focused implementation and coordinated efforts of all departments.
Officials on the occasion further highlighted that the campaign aims to institutionalize best practices within the block and district administration for replication in other areas, along with enhanced inter-departmental convergence to ensure holistic development.
The programme also emphasizes active community participation through Self-Help Groups (SHGs), PRIs, local leaders and community platforms. Successful interventions and impact stories will be documented and shared to promote innovation and cross-learning.
All Block Level Officers were present on the occasion as a mark of commitment towards effective implementation of the campaign and achievement of saturation targets within the stipulated timeframe.
The launch marks a renewed push towards inclusive and sustainable development in the Aspirational Block Achgoose.
