JAMMU, JANUARY 16: Minister for Health and Medical Education, Social Welfare and Education, Sakeena Itoo, has extended her warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Mehraj (Meraj-ul-Alam).
In her message, Minister Sakeena said that the night of Me’raj is a sacred occasion to seek divine blessings and forgiveness from Almighty Allah. She added that this holy night is of profound spiritual significance, symbolizing faith, devotion and boundless mercy of Almighty Allah.
The Minister said that this sacred occasion reminds humanity of the values of compassion, humility and righteousness, and encourages believers to strengthen their bond with the Almighty Allah through prayers and good deeds.
She expressed hope that this holy night of Shab-e-Mehraj will usher in renewed hope and spiritual enlightenment for all. She also prayed for peace, progress and prosperity of entire Jammu and Kashmir.
