For instance, the opening up of the space sector to private players, and more recently, the announcement regarding reforms in the nuclear sector, were both surprising yet visionary moves

Just four or five years ago, India was a relatively minor player in the global space economy. Today, our space economy is valued at $8 billion, and it is growing at such a rapid pace that, in the next 8-10 years, we aim to expand it fivefold to reach $45 billion. This trajectory suggests that, in the years ahead, India’s space economy will become a significant pillar of the nation’s growth story
