Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said on Thursday that we do not care about Pakistan’s threats of nuclear weapons. The global community should consider whether it is right for a rogue country like Pakistan to have nuclear weapons.
Appeal made to International Atomic Energy Agency
Rajnath Singh stressed that International Atomic Energy Agency should take Pakistan’s nuclear weapons under its surveillance. Pakistan got agitated after this statement of the Defence Minister. The spokesperson of the Pakistani Foreign Office also expressed this by giving a sharp reaction.
Addressing the soldiers, Rajnath Singh said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has redefined India’s policy against terrorism. Now terrorist attacks on Indian soil will be considered as an act of war.
He warned that if Pakistan continues to support terrorism, it will have to face serious consequences. It is necessary to give medicine like Operation Sindoor for the disease of terrorism.
While congratulating the soldiers in Kashmir on the success of ‘Operation Sindoor’, the Defence Minister said that the Central Government is committed to completely eradicate terrorism so that no one can raise an eye towards the country. He made it clear that terrorism and dialogue cannot go together.
