Jammu 01.04.2025Cyber cell DPO Jammu, a dedicated unit to deal with cases of online/offline frauds and cyber crime who has been relentlessly working for ensuring the safety and security of masses in general has once again successfully recovered an amount of *₹ 8,44,455/-* from fraudsters in separate cyber crime complaints who used to deceive the people by adopting different tactics regarding online trading and investment and extract money from victims.
In some complaints the victim was told that money had been transferred to their account by mistake and they should return it and in other complaints the victim was asked for ratings on hotels and restaurants and invest money through a telegram group.
