CBI raids at 7 places in sub-inspector recruitment case, raids in Jammu-Pathankot-Haryana

The CBI team on Tuesday raided seven different places in Jammu, Pathankot and Haryana in connection with the Jammu and Kashmir Police Sub Inspector exam recruitment case. It is being told that CBI teams reached two places in Jammu, two places in Pathankot, two places in Rewari in Haryana and one place in Karnal in Haryana to raid.

According to sources, CBI teams have raided the residences of CRPF jawan Kashmir Singh and IRP jawan Vikas Sharma in Jammu. At the same time, raids have been conducted at the residence of CRPF constable Atul Kumar and private person Tarsem Lal in Pathankot. Investigation is being done at the house of CRPF constables Surendra Singh and Yatin Yadav in Rewari, Haryana and private person Sulindra in Karnal.
CBI will soon file charge sheet

The CBI is going to file a charge sheet within four to five days in the Sub Inspector (SI) recruitment scam. In this, the CBI will unveil the role of the officers of Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB) in this entire scam. In the charge sheet, the names of 4 officers including two former KAS officers of the board, in whose connivance this scam took place. CBI will open the complete black box that how this scam happened.

Sources say that the charge sheet will be filed in this case within the next 4 to 5 days. It is a compulsion for the CBI to do so, because if the CBI does not file the charge sheet in this case 60 days ago, so far 13 accused arrested in this case will be released on bail themselves. In such a situation, the CBI does not want the arrested accused to get bail.

According to the information, CBI has included the names of 4 officers including two former KAS officers of the board in the charge sheet. In this it will be told how with the connivance of these officers, the recruitment contract was not given to the recruiting agency, which should have been given. The contract was awarded to an agency whose record is not correct. Along with this, these officers told the brokers from which agency the recruitment is being done, from where its papers will be published and from where this paper can be leaked. According to sources, the CBI will unveil the role of the board in the entire scam that how these officers hatched the conspiracy.
