Five persons sustained injuries in a road accident on Mata Vaishnoo Devi track in Katra area of Reasi district on Saturday.
Police officials said that an accident took place when a load carrier vehicle bearing registration number JK20A-2296 met with an accident at Tarakote track near Langar Point.
The load carrier was coming from Bhawan towards Katra and when it collided with a pole near Langar Point Tarakote, resulting in injuries to five persons including driver, who were shifted to Narayana Hospital Karkyal for treatment.
The injured have been identified as Vishal Sharma, Pratap Singh, Ramesh Kumar, Ajay Bharti and Kuldeep Kumar.
