It ignores every category. Voices of protest are rising everywhere. Constitutional rules have not been followed in delimitation. It is clear from the report that it has been prepared at the behest of the ruling party. He also said that the statement given by BJP state president Ravindra Raina in the past clearly shows that there has been interference of the party in preparing the report.
