The allegation of the petitioner is that the investigating officer is going slow because of the influence of Swaran Singh Salaria.

Court after perusal of the same, it is apparent that a letter stands written to the Deputy Commissioner, Jammu for obtaining original PRC issued in favour of the alleged Swaran Salaria as well as the details of the then issuing/verifying authority after investigation of the case would be finalized. This is the third status report filed by the respondents in which the investigation is yet to be completed.
