In order to approve Block Rural Road Plans(BRRPs) and District Rural Road Plan(DRRP) for phase -III connectivity of district kishtwar under PMGSY,Deputy Commisioner Kishtwar, Ashok Sharma today Chaired meeting of BDC Chairpersons ,DDC members and XENs of various divisions of PMGSY here in his office chamber DC office Complex Kishtwar.
The meeting was convened with the aim to connect all the unconnnected habitations with a population of 250 persons under PMGSY Phase-III.
BDC chairman Kishtwar Suresh sharam, BDC chairman Trigam Sri Chand,BDC chairman Drabshalla Suraj Singh , , BDC chairperson Bonjwah, Maryam Begum, BDC chairman Nagseni Mohd Ashraf,DDC member Bunjwah Aemna Banoo, DDC member Palmar Tahir Masood, DDC member Drabshalla Ashok Kumar,DDC member Trigam Om Prakash,Joint Director Planning Kishtwar, Mohd. Iqbal,XEN PMGSY Kishtwar, Mohinder Kumar besides other officials remained present in the meeting.
During the meeting a threadbare discussions regarding various features of Phase -III connectivity under PMGSY were held besides details of all eligible villages having population of more than 250 persons (as per census 2011) were circulated among DDC members and BDC Chairpersons for verification, feedback and comments.
During meeting DC impressed upon all the PRI members to ensure that no eligible habitations with more than 250 souls is left out of this phase and in context he further underscored the need to approve the Block Rural Road Plans (BRRPs) plan and District Rural Road Plan (DRRP) after due verification and caution.
He further directed XEN PMGSY kishtwar to immediately furnishing the proposal after due verification and vettingby PRIs so that all eligible villages as per the census 2011 shall be connected on mission mode.
