Today a meeting of District Advisory Committee on Youth Programs under the Chairmanship of Additional District Development Commissioner Shri. Satish Sharma ji organised by Nehru Yuva Kendra Jammu at DC Office Jammu.The meeting was hosted by Nisar Ahmed Butt, District Youth Coordinator, Nehru Yuva Kendra, Jammu in which Annual Action Plan for the financial year 2020-21 was discussed.They also enlightened the working of Nehru Yuva Kendra Jammu during Covid-19 Pandemic.
They said that NYK Jammu Annual Action Plan 2020-21 has been designed in such a manner that the empowered youth have appropriate opportunities for awareness, education, capacity building, leadership, personality and skills development to live a meaningful life as well as develop capacities to partner in community engagement in Flagships Schemes and activities of National priorities and importance.The other prominent members present in the meeting were District Sports Officer, Bharat Scouts & Guides Officer, NSS Program Officer, NCC Program Officer, Members of EDI, AIO, Youth Club Presidents,National Youth Volunteers.After brief discussion on Annual Action Plan with members of Advisory Committee , Additional District Development Commissioner ,Shri Satish Sharma ji appreciated Nehru Yuva Kendra,Jammu for doing a tremendous work during Covid-19 Period .In the end, Nisar Ahmed Butt,District Youth Coordinator, Nehru Yuva Kendra, Jammu gave vote of thanks to the ADC and Other Prominent Members of the Committee.
