Ashok Kumar, Former MLA from Ramban led a strong protest against the National Highway Authority of India and Chennai-Nashri tunnel company ElsaMax at Chennai Nashri tunnel for imposing heavy toll taxes and squeezing the poor and common people.
Ashok has strongly urged upon the NHAI to waived off toll tax for the people of Batote, Chanderkote and Ramban. He also demanded employment for the poor people in its periphery.
