Another personnel of the Jammu and Kashmir donated plasma to help a coronavirus infected serious patient in Srinagar, a police spokesman said on Thursday.
He said Pervaiz Ahmad of Police Station (PS) Magam in central Kashmir district of Badgam was tested positive for COVID-19.
However, after he recovered fully and completed quarantine period, he decided to donate his plasma for other coronavirus infected patients.
Spokesman described him “ Hero of the Day” said Pervaiz donated his plasma. He appealed to all COVID 19 survivors should emulate and come forward to serve the humanity.
About 10 personnel of the J&K police have so far donated plasma for the coronavirus infected patients in the valley.
