A meeting of all units, wings including Young Panthers, Panthers Trade Union, Panthers Kisan Council, Panthers Ex-servicemen, Panthers Women Wing and other wings was held in Jammu today by Prof. Bhim Singh with a mission to revive all former units of the National Panthers Party as well as National Panthers Students Union (NPSU). Those who have crossed 35 years of age shall not be entitled to continue in Young Panthers as 35 years is the age limit in Young Panthers. The former leaders of the above said units were invited to attend the meeting. Those who have crossed 35 years of age shall also be consulted for all preparations of the next Young Panthers Unit.
It was decided that a Convening Committee shall be announced in respect of all units before 5th of October, 2020.
Prof. Bhim Singh declared that the Convening Committee of each wing of the units as well as NPSU shall be announced by 26th October, the day Maharaja Hari Singh signed the Instrument of Accession with the Union of India in 1947. Prof. Bhim Singh informed those who were attending the meeting that each one, active member of respective units shall be a member of the Constituent Committee in consultation with each one who would be Member of the Constituent Committee of respective wings.
Prof. Bhim Singh informed that all the Members of the Secretariat shall be kept informed about the progress vis-à-vis formation of all Committees. He said that any advice or information given by any Member of the Secretariat as well as full Member of Working Committee shall be given attention at the time of declaring final committees on 20th of December, 2020.
Prof. Bhim Singh said that all the District Presidents of NPP in Jammu, Kashmir as well as in Ladakh shall be kept informed as Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party is recognized political party in both the Union Territories say Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
Prof. Bhim Singh also informed that any suggestion, information or assistance provided by any senior leader of the Party as well as Member of the Secretariat and Working Committee shall be regularly circulated for information to all the senior leaders of the Party in Jammu & Kashmir as well as in Ladakh.
The final list of the committees set up on 20th December, 2020 by the Organizing Committee shall be open to the Secretariat as well as Working Committee for any further discussion or information.
This is important to note that those who are no more students in the University or in any Institution shall cease to be office bearers of the NPSU. Those who have crossed the age limit of 35 shall no more be entitled to hold any office in Young Panthers. They are all welcome to enter the mainstream of political life after 35.
