Following his daily routine, Former Minister and Ex-MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) held daily public sittings and interacted with deputations who called upon him. The deputations was led by Corporator Ward 8 Dr. Akshay Sharma and other leaders from various wards of Jammu West including Wards 24, 29 and 37 who chalked out several problems being faced by the inhabitants of the wards.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that a fruitful discussion was held with the deputations and many things came up during the meeting where the locals have stressed upon taking up some utmost important works in the areas and it will be seen that these works are taken up and completed in a stipulated time frame.
Sharma said that he has asked the officials of concerned departments to immediately prepare the estimates and take up the remaining works in the area around Rehari Chungi, Dogra hall, Janipur, Rajpura and if any other area has left behind in terms of development, such work should also be taken up in order to provide better connectivity to the locals of the area. He also stated that he has also spoken to concerned Engineers of PHE and PDD departments as well and has asked them to provide uninterrupted supply of power and water in all 26 wards of Jammu West.
Dr. Akshay stated that pending works in the wards will be taken up in coming times and where ever required help of Former MLA will also be taken to solve remaining problems in the wards.
