Reposing faith in the Panthers party more than 60 youth from Jammu led by Sdr. Amandeep Singh District President Jammu (Rural)Young Panthers joined JKNPP in the presence of Mr. Harsh Dev Singh Chairman JKNPP at Party Headquarters today. Mr. Gagan Pratap Singh State Secretary, Mr. Parshotam Singh Parihar State Secretary PTU and Mr. Surinder Chauhan District President (Jammu Rural) were also present on the occasion.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Harsh Dev Singh lambasted the BJP government for perpetuating discrimination against the youth of Jammu region by robbing their due share in employment and serving lion’s share on a platter to Kashmir during its coalition with PDP. He flayed the erstwhile unholy alliance for treating them like ‘disposables’ and putting their future in jeopardy. He said BJP’s trumpeted slogan of ‘Achey Din’ was just as a hollow rant as the youth of J&K felt let down due to nasty SRO 202 and withdrawal of age relaxation in civil services granted to them in the past. He said the down-gradation of J&K State to UT status by the BJP led government with ban on mobile internet services, imposition of ‘Kesari Jazia’ in the name of multiple toll plazas and other obnoxious taxes had exposed the Saffron party in true colours. “The demotion has only brought pain, sorrow, humiliation and disenchantment for the people of Jammu region. Now, it’s time that we all should unite to teach a befitting lesson to the double faced BJP in the Assembly elections for its acts of betrayals, treachery and perfidy”, anguished Harsh said.
Sdr. Amandeep Singh regretted that the issues and concerns of the nationalist people of the Jammu region and the youth in particular had been left unaddressed by the BJP. “The people are feeling cheated and suffocated. We have a firm belief that Panthers party only can provide us succor and liberate the people of Jammu Pradesh from all kinds of miseries and hardships. Panther leaders are aggressive and have the tenacity to restore our pride and honour. Unlike BJP, it was only NPP which raised all the Jammu centric issues neglected and ignored by the Saffron Party for the last 5 years”, Amandeep endorsed. He said that his team would work whole heartedly with fresh zeal to strengthen the party in entire Jammu region
