Voice call and SMS facilities that have been suspended since the abrogation of Article 370 in August last year will be restored for prepaid mobile connections in Jammu and Kashmir, officials said on Saturday. Jammu and Kashmir Principal Secretary, Rohit Kansal on Saturday said after a careful review, the competent authority has ordered today that voice call and SMS facilities will be restored for all prepaid mobile users in the Valley, news agency ANI reported.
