Three terrorists belonging to the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria or ISIS have been arrested in Delhi. The Delhi Police arrested all three terrorists after an encounter in Wazirabad on Thursday morning. The special cell of Delhi Police will address the media shortly to give more details on the encounter.
