Continuing the developmental spree in Jammu West Assembly segment, Former Minister and Ex-MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) along with Former MLC Vikram Randhawa started construction works of lane at Old Ustad Mohalla area of Ward 9. The leaders were also accompanied by Corporator Ward 9 Suneet Raina, State Secretary BJP Praduman Singh, District President Munish Khajuria, Mandal President Raveesh Mengi, JMC (Jammu Municipal Corporation) officials, local residents and political activists of the area.
The works will be done under the supervision of JMC at an estimated cost of Rupees 3 lakhs and the funds were sanctioned from the CDF (Constituency Development Fund) scheme of Former MLC Vikram Randhawa.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that Jammu West has progressed a lot towards development and in nearly last five years, the infrastructural development pertaining to everything were kept on priority in all 26 wards. He appreciated the efforts of Former MLC for providing funds from his CDF for construction of lane in Jammu West. He also appealed the people present to reach out to masses at grass root level and explain them the vision of Central Government for the people of Jammu and Kashmir and stated that all laws which are being enacted by Central Government under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi are for welfare of Indians and we must aware people of callous approach of parties like Congress and their alliance partners who are only spreading rumors and are trying to deteriorate the brotherhood amongst all religions.
Vikram stated that Jammu West has developed a lot in recent years and it can be judged by the quality of infra that is being provided to the inhabitants of all 26 wards due to efforts of Former MLA at their door steps. Randhawa also stated that BJP is the only party who has taken overall development as the primary task and reached out to every household under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Suneet stated that Ward 9 has all the modern infra and it was fully developed under the tenure of Former MLA who is still in public and reaches out to each and every area of Jammu West Assembly segment. He also stated that more developmental works are in pipeline and will be taken up in coming days.
Ward President Munish Sharma, Raghunandan Kumar, Deepak Kumar, Neeraj Katoch, Madan Kumar, Sanjeev, Joginder, Puneet Mahajan, Manohar and several others were also present.
