Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, Sushma Chouhan today convened a meeting of revenue officers and issued strict directions for compliance of the orders with regard to three day i.e Monday, Wednesday, Friday mandatory presence of Patwari, Girdawar and Naib Tehsildar at their respective Headquarters to attend the public grievances to provide the services to the public.
The Deputy Commissioner Jammu impressed upon the officers to ensure implementation of above directions in letter and spirit. The work with regard to jamabandies was also reviewed and directions were passed for completion/updation of jamabandies by 31st January 2020.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Dr. Tahir Firdour, SDM South Srikant Suse, SDM North Satish Kumar, SDM Akhnoor Gopal Singh, SDM R.S. Pura Ram Lal, SDM Marh Tariq Hussain, SDM Khour Anil Kumar Thakur, SDM Chowki Choura Chand Kishore Sharma, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Jammu Vijay Kumar Sharma besides senior officers of the concerned department.
